We're please to announce the addition of the following benefits to the 2026 Chipotle benefits program.
New for 2026! Airvet Virtual Pet Care: Airvet helps you care for your pets anytime, anywhere. Get 24/7 access to licensed veterinarians through virtual visits without the stress of an in-person appointment.
New for 2026! Oshi Digestive Health (Anthem members): Oshi provides Anthem medical plan members with access to virtual visits with a team of GI providers, registered dietitians, and gut-brain specialists. Find lasting relief for symptoms and conditions, including abdominal pain and bloating, GERD, Crohn’s Disease, IBS, and hundreds of other GI issues. Check out the Oshi website here to learn more.
Per IRS requirements, the Anthem CDHP deductible is increasing to $1,700 for individual (self-only) coverage and $3,400 for family coverage.

LiveHealth Online's virtual care program will replace 98point6 in 2026. LiveHealth Online connects Anthem medical members to board-certified doctors and licensed therapists from your computer, tablet, or smartphone—anytime, anywhere. Use LiveHealth Online for primary care, mental health support, or advice for common health concerns.
Each year, the IRS limits for certain tax-advantaged accounts are subject to change.
HSA Contribution Limit Increase. For Anthem CDHP medical plan participants, the 2026 contribution limit has been increased to $4,400 for self-only coverage, and $8,750 for family coverage (employee + at least one dependent).
FSA Contribution Limit Increase. The 2026 contribution limit has been increased to $3,400 and a rollover limit of $680.
Dependent Care FSA Limit Increase. The 2026 contribution limit has been increased to $7,500 (or $3,750 if married and filing separately).
Your cost for coverage. This is a big deal. The national healthcare landscape continues to experience record levels of healthcare inflation, resulting in higher costs all around. We're pleased to announce that all employee rates will remain flat in 2026.
